Awards Dinner Being Planned for Early 2022
Dear Harvard-Radcliffe1961 Class Members,
I have decided we must change the timing for the Awards Dinner, which we had scheduled for November 13th. There is a growing concern about the potential spread of the Delta Variant and its danger even to the vaccinated. Those who have this concern would not be comfortable attending the Dinner then.
Although we had reserved a room at the Four Seasons, they have agreed to hold the funds we deposited, to be used when we reschedule the event. We hope to announce a new date for the Dinner by the end of the year, and give you more than two months notice to make arrangements. The new date will be in early 2022, February, March, or April. We want to be completely confident that it will be safe for us to meet together as a class. This seems to be the best solution.
