The Celebration Team has negotiated discounted Room Rates with the Hyatt Regency.  To reserve a room, call the Hyatt Regency (1-800-223-1234) or go to https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/BOSRC/G-HCLA  and request the “Class of 1961 60th Celebration” rate.  Special 1961 Harvard-Radcliffe Daily Room rates at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge, 575 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA, 02139, (excluding taxes) will be:

REFUNDS

Due to our contractual obligations, we can only offer a refund (less the $185.00 Live Streaming charge) of your Registration fees if your cancellation is received by May 6, 2022, UNLESS 1). Force Majeure COVID restrictions prevent your travel or prevent the Event itself by limits on indoor crowd size, or 2). You suffer a Qualifying Personal Health Event that prevents your attending.  Our Policy Statement is available upon request.  Please feel free to call Celebration Directors Sam Hopkins or Peter Strauss for further information.

When you register for the Class of 1961 2022 In-Person Celebration, you are eligible to receive a comprehensive History of Harvard Events, from 50 years before the first 1677 Diorama to 50 years after the third 1936 Diorama.  Each book is about 50 pages long.  Please check which volumes you would like us to email to you.
